Rosemary Water for Hair Growth
I love this natural and easy recipe for hair growth!
Wash and condition hair, then section and spray the rosemary water directly on scalp.
Massage scalp for extra circulation.
You can either leave on hair or apply and let it sit for 30 min. before washing.
Aim for 2 to 3 x per week.
Ingrediants;
3 to 4 fresh stems of rosemary
alkaline water
Directions;
Simmer 3 to 4 fresh rosemary sprigs (or 2 tablespoons of dried rosemary) in 3 cups of water for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover, and steep until fully cooled. Strain the liquid into a spray bottle and store it in the refrigerator.
Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. ( It has no preservatives so it will spoil fast, if it has changed in color toss out!)
Add essential oils for added benefits;
Rosemary oil: Doubles down on the active ingredients to maximize hair thickness.
Peppermint oil: Creates a cooling sensation that strongly stimulates blood circulation.
Lavender oil: Soothes the scalp with its antimicrobial properties and adds a pleasant scent.
Cedarwood oil: Helps balance the oil-producing glands in your scalp to reduce hair loss.
