Baked Kale Chips & Tahini Dip

With Football season upon us this is a simple & fun recipe to serve up in place of traditional Potato Chips!

Kale chips

Ingredients;

  • 1 bunch Kale

  • Avocado Oil

  • Sea Salt ( I like Pink Himalayan Salt)

  • Nutritional Yeast (for Vegans) or Parmesan Cheese (For Non Vegans)

  • For Spice add Cayenne Pepper

Directions;

Wash and Dry Kale Leaves

Cut off the stems and place dry leaves on a cookie sheet

Drizzle Oil, Sprinkle Cheese and Salt as desired

Preheat oven to 300 degrees

Bake for 20 minutes

Serve and Enjoy!

Tahini Dip

Ingredients;

  • Warm Water

  • Tahini

  • Cumin

  • Lemon or Lime

  • Sea Salt

  • Garlic

Directions;

Pour Warm Water in a blender

Add Tahini and Garlic

Blend until the consistency has the thickness you like

Season with Sea salt and Cumin

Squeeze lemon or lime to add some tang

Serve and Enjoy!
