Have Peace
Recently I had a situation arise where my buttons were pushed and I was triggered immediately. I normally have a very long rope when it comes to “Anger”, it takes alot for me to “lose it” and Im very quick to forgive, but perhaps because I was under some extra stress, this one got to me, and its funny; Anger always fuels me, I feel for a minute as if Im invincible, my mind gets laser focused at the task at hand and I have tons of physical energy, so I guess a good upset can serve me every once and a while, but I don’t ever want to stay there ( that would become draining and feel unstable) So … the goal is to always come back to and have PEACE!
This situation reminded me of a part of my book where I wrote about having PEACE in my life, which has taken ALOT of inner work. If you come from a childhood home where you didnt feel “Safe”; physically, emotionally, mentally, psychologically … then the baseline and what feels “FAMILLIAR” most likely will be chaos, drama and intense emotions! If you do attract stable relationships OR find yourself in stable enviorments, they will feel “BORING” because thiers no excitement! And if your anything like me; you will be quick to create that familliar chaos and drama in your life again and again and again… untill your finally GET IT!!!!
I wrote this in my book, where I open up more about my personal journey, finding a spiritual path and yes finally being able to FEEL PEACE!
“Peace Did Not Exist In My World, When Things Began To Feel Peaceful, I was quick to create An Argument or Allow my Thoughts of Anger and Sadness to Take over my Mind”
I have healed my anxiety and anger; but nothing is perfect and sometimes a certain trigger will send me right back to baseline! Thank goodness I have “TOOLS” to getting myself centered and grounded again!
Remember its safer to live in our heads then lead from our hearts! …. But the invitation is to DROP IN… listen to your heart and begin again!
